1. What you're agreeing to

By using Aura Check (the "app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, simply don't use the app — no account exists, so there is nothing to cancel.

2. Entertainment only

Aura Check produces an AI-inspired entertainment score based on properties of a photograph. It does not measure, and must not be interpreted as measuring, attractiveness, intelligence, health, personality, employability or anything else about a person. Do not use results to make decisions about yourself or others.

3. Acceptable use

Only scan photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.
Don't use the app to mock, harass or bully anyone — battles are meant to be fun for both sides.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer the service infrastructure, or abuse the app's endpoints.

4. Your content

Your photos are processed on your device and are not transmitted to us. Result cards and battle links you create are yours; by sharing them you accept responsibility for where you send them.

5. Advertising

The app is free and supported by advertising (Google AdSense) shown on result screens. We don't control the content of individual ads; see our privacy policy for how advertising works.

6. Availability and changes

The app is provided "as is", free of charge, with no uptime guarantee. Features, scoring and archetypes may change at any time — that's part of the fun.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app. The app's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it — which is zero.

8. Governing law
